Making It My Own!

So last night I had an epiphany, while I was stressing over my move I made the decision to spend $80 and purchase a few vintage fashion sourcebooks. Along with that I also bought a few sewing patterns. I've always wanted to be able to mend my own clothing, especially since so much clothing I buy I send to the tailors for alterations. This is something that is not new to me, more so bubbling back up to the top.

I'm just going to start with some 1930s/1940s nightgown patterns since those are more simple. I also don't own a lot of nightgowns because of how expensive the ones from the time period are so making my own will be fun and I can't wait for the outcome!
